Trade Facilitation

The WTO Agreement on Trade Facilitation (TFA) entered into force February 22, 2017 with the aims of expediting the movement, release and clearance of goods, and setting forth measures for effective cooperation between customs and other appropriate authorities on trade facilitation and compliance issues. 

 

Since the TFA came into force, 6125 Trade professionals have worked with developing countries, international organizations, and the U.S. government to provide technical assistance in the implementation of TFA requirements. 6125 Trade professionals are experienced in guiding developing countries through TFA implementation in efforts to ultimately expedite the movement of goods across borders and facilitate legitimate trade in accordance with the TFA.
