USTR reinstates 352 Section 301 Tariff Exclusions

Last week the USTR announced its decision to reinstate 352 previously granted Section 301 tariff exclusions. The excisions are retroactive to October 12, 2021 and will continue through December 31, 2022. #china #section301 #trade #USTR
